Bid farewell to last of 4 cabellos, Thierry as he went on to 10am ferry to Penang while I finally left Malaysia, taking 1pm ferry to Satun, Thailand Country no.2 in my tour.
Bought a tripod in langkawi ferry for my phone camera since no one is no longer around to take photos of me. Immigration to Thailand is smooth. Noticed roads are smoother in Thailand. In South Thailand, it is still predominantly Islam as main religion, so the view along the way hasn't changed much. Now it is just mixture of mosques and Buddhist temples.
Skated a short 10km from Thai point of entry to Satun, where I got nice cheap dorm bed at On's guesthouse
